Guest Rooms

We offer contactless check-in for your convenience. All keys are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between guests, ensuring the highest level of care and hygiene throughout your stay.

Guest Rooms

In addition to our already rigorous cleaning standards, we have implemented enhanced disinfecting protocols using hospital-grade disinfectant in all guest rooms. This includes thorough cleaning after guest departure and prior to each new arrival, with extra attention given to high-touch and hard surfaces.

Please note: Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are adults only, with a maximum of two adults per room..

Guest Terms, Conditions & House Rules

By booking with us, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required upon booking.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request (fees may apply), but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival). E.g., for a Friday check-in, cancellation must be made by 2:00 PM on Wednesday. Refund will be processed less a $25 admin fee.
No-shows will be charged in full.
Parking: A 3-bay carport is available on-site via Gardners Lane. Spaces cannot be reserved.
Smoking is not permitted in rooms or within 10 metres of guest rooms. A minimum charge of $200 applies for breaches, depending on cleaning requirements and rental downtime.
Consideration for other guests is expected at all times.
- Visitors must leave by 8:00 PM.
- Unreasonable noise, abuse, or disruptive behaviour will result in eviction without refund.
- A minimum $100 fee applies for after-hours callouts due to guest misconduct.
Pets are not permitted, except for registered assistance dogs as per legislation. Unauthorized animals may result in eviction and cleaning fees.
Guests will be charged for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
Only the number of guests booked may stay in the room.
- We reserve the right to evict any unregistered guests or the entire party if this policy is breached.
